This recipe is such a creative and fun way to share the chocolate love with others or even secretly just for yourself.
Ingredients:
Marshmallows
Hot Fudge (commonly used with ice cream)
Graham Crackers (crushed)
Salted Caramel Chocolate
Instructions:
Place the marshmallow on a treat stick, and leave additional space on top of the stick to add additional ingredients later. (This is the fun part, you get to play with fire) Using a cooking torch, evenly toast the marshmallow or burn it to a crisp, whatever floats your s’mores boat! Let the marshmallow cool for 5-10 min.
Once your marshmallow has cooled add a small amount of the heated hot fudge to the very top of the marshmallow. The chocolate will not dry hard so its okay to get a little drip down the sides. Let sit for 1 min.
Crush graham crackers and add them to a small bowl. Using the stick to help you tip the chocolate into the graham crackers and give your chocolate a light coating of crumbs.
Top off your stick with a piece of salted caramel chocolate.
